SSgA Streaming Video Overview
1. Click the close button in the upper right corner to exit the video.
2. Move the slider button to the right to advance or left to rewind the video during playback.
3. View the elapsed and total time for the video.
4. Click on the text outline to move to different topics within the video.
5. Select "Script" to view the video transcript.
6. Select "Bio" to view the presenter's biography.
7. "Help" takes you to this SSgA player help page.
8. Click on this button to pause or resume playback .
9. Drag the slider button to the right to increase or left to decrease the volume.
10. The "TV" mode will play the video; the "Radio" mode will provide audio only.
11. Selecting a slide number will display that slide in a new browser window.
12. Drag the window corner to resize the SSgA Player window (if you are using an Internet Explorer browser).
Bandwidth
If you experience video playback problems, such as stuttering video, dropped audio, or interrupted playback, we suggest you switch to Radio mode, which allows you to listen to the presentation without the video, thus reducing bandwidth requirements.

Timeout
If you leave the SSgA Player in a paused state for a long period of time, the connection will be terminated and you will need to start the presentation from the beginning by clicking the Play button .

Flash Help
The SSgA Player uses Macromedia's Flash technology. If you need help with Flash Player, please go to the Macromedia Flash support page: http://www.macromedia.com/support/flashplayer/

You also can download and install a new Flash Player or upgrade your existing Flash player from this page.
Other Software
