Correlation - Statistical measure of the degree to which the movements of two variables (stock/ETF) are related. The results range from -1.0 to +1.0.

How to Use This Tool

1. Type the security symbol of choice in the "Enter Symbol" field and either click the "Go" button, or hit the enter key. Click the Time Period arrow to view 6 month, 1 year or 3 year correlations. The Tracker will provide results with securities of high correlation, low correlation and the high and low correlations for each State Street ETF. These securities may be considered for swap opportunities or for building well diversified portfolios.
2. Enter the symbols of two securities and view the correlation. The 1st symbol is entered in the "Enter Symbol" field and the 2nd is entered in the "Add a symbol" field. Click the "Go" button next to the field for the result.
3. Plot Results. Once the symbols have been entered, you can click the plot box next to the symbols or the "Add a symbol" field and construct a chart with the securities selected. You may plot up to four symbols at a time.
